Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days after receiving the item if:

  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Item damaged during shipping
  • Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or installed products
  • Products with removed packaging or accessories
  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Damage caused by improper installation

Return Process

Customers must contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of issue
  • Clear explanation of problem

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by SIMMATCH.
Original packaging is highly recommended for safe return shipping.

Please ensure the item is tested before installation whenever possible. Installed or modified items may void return eligibility.
